The company was formed in 1999 by Richard Broadley and Lina Mookerjee, based in the centre of Nottingham and eventually relocating to Cumbria in 2020.

Richard retired in 2022 due to his increased sensory loss and is now deafblind

Lina continues to carry the flame and works face to face and online as a therapist, supervisor, trainer and social activist in the hope of making the world a better place.
