Q. How many times do you promise to give yourself time-out to relax and unwind …. and then forget?
Q. When was the last time you gave yourself quality attention, care and kindness?
‘Nurture Me’ focuses on enabling people to get their self-care and relaxation needs met whilst accommodating their busy lives. It’s also a vital connection to the spiritual within and with a group of like-minded people who value its importance for health, well-being and more.

The aim of each class is to help you with:-
* self-regulation, including managing your energy levels and emotions;
* grounding into your body to feel safe in the present moment;
* centering your attention to increase your ability to focus;
* connecting in with something bigger than self – your spiritual reality;
* to feel more connected to your experiences;
* and to feel part of the Praxis community.
Each class will be taught in vinyasa style, which comprises a basic physical Hatha Yoga practice (using your mat/blanket) with emphasis on working with your prana (life-force) through breathing practices, relaxation, meditation, vocal toning work and more.
Each class will be punctuated with times to self-reflect – to connect in with your experiences and insights.
Afterwards, an audio format of the class will be available to use as your daily practice between live sessions.
Being online, ‘Nurture Me’ provides an opportunity to experience being in a safe space to be alongside others who are committed to making sure they get their dose of self-care, love and attention – a need, not a luxury!
