I am a great believer in sharing knowledge and information, and podcasts are a great way to do this. I also value the ability to listen to, as opposed to relying on seeing/ watching, as listening requires concentration and focus. These are such useful skills to develop and practise in an age of information and nervous system overwhelm.

Take a look at my library and I hope you will find some useful ones to listen to.
