Clinical supervision is offered to therapists and other practitioners in the ‘caring professions’ and for trainees. I am a BACP Senior Accredited member (Supervision).

My theoretical approach

Integrative based on humanistic frameworks in conjunction with the core concepts of depth psychology – most notably with: the individuation process and dynamics of the unconscious, including through dream-work and creative interplay.

I work with a systems approach, with emphasis on the interplay of mind-body connection and neuroscience, to help make sense of what is going on for supervisee and client.

I place great emphasis on the therapist’s self-care, most notably working with Karpman’s drama triangle and the rescuer position within the therapeutic relationship.

It is important to recognise that supervision is not therapy (although it may at times be experienced as therapeutic), and that it is centrally concerned with clients’ safety, process, presenting material, and its effect upon the therapist.

First/Assessment session: £95 for 60 mins
£95 per 60 mins session
£45 for 25 mins session
