I don’t think I’m able to describe my journey with Lina in just five sentences.

We met during Covid and since the day I’ve met Lina, I have found a new awareness
and self-respect for myself. Lina has taught me through our sessions that I am my
own person and to have my own voice.

Being raised as a first-generation Indian British woman I did not realise the
challenges that I faced growing up. Lina has helped me work through all aspects of my life from family, relationships, friendships, work environments and day-to-day
living.

I find my session time with Lina not only one hour where I get to express myself and
process what I am going through, but also a sanctuary as a safe space which I have
never been allowed before.

Lina is an extremely empathetic person who carries her work with extreme pride.
She is able to listen without passing judgement and I have found my relationship with
her absolutely priceless. She has helped me become a version of me, I did not know
existed.

I know that therapy is the most valuable thing I’ve ever done for myself ever and
looking at the person that I was to the person that I am now and the person I’ll
probably be in the next five years I know that it’s just a big journey And nobody has
ever given me the time or the respect to be me and to show me and encourage me
to come out.

I think you should definitely be proud of what you do because I’m only one of I don’t
know how many lives you’ve touched, but I’m actually a happy person now
compared to what I was I think I just thought I was happy or I was trying to show the
world I was happy but now I’m genuinely happy and I know me and I didn’t know me
before.

So definitely be proud of what you do because you’re giving back to people
in a way that is so unimaginable that they didn’t know that their lives could go in the
direction that they’re going.
