My Dad frequently asked me that very question at a time when I was facing high levels of stress, uncertainty and low self-worth even though I supposedly had it all.
The reality was that inside I felt empty, rubbish, confused and a fraud.
Although at the time I had no answers, his prompting question would eventually become my catalyst for a lifetime’s seeking to find out, including who I am and what I am and would lead me to make changes that I needed to.
